The Fish Hub is the roster wing of The One Fish Wiki. Early Access promises 30+ unique fish with different rarities and abilities that can help or haunt a lobby. Use this hub to jump into identification pages, then cross-link to rankings when your group starts arguing about priorities.

How fish knowledge plugs into play

Roster literacy supports How to Play, How to Feed, and Co-op. When a reveal looks spicy, Hazard watchers should already know whether to shout Hold. After sessions, update the Fish Checklist and compare notes with the Tier List Hub.

What we will not invent

Until players gather evidence post-launch, this wiki will not fabricate a 200-row bestiary with fake stats. We will expand tables as Steam patches and community notes confirm names, effects, and biome homes. For map context, see Biomes and Maps.

When the Discord starts arguing about a fish, link the specific child page instead of pasting contradictory screenshots into twenty threads. Host a monthly thirty-minute “roster office hours” voice call where the only agenda is merging duplicate fish rows and retiring bad callsigns. No casting allowed. Weirdly, those meetings prevent more wipes than some feed drills because identification debt is what makes ability fish feel random.

How this hub should grow after week two

Expect the first wave of community names to be messy. Resist creating twelve micro-pages for every meme fish.
